I've had a quite comfortable stay in a long time. Location and staff were very good and I loved that the place was fairly clean...
Wi-Fi signal was very weak, made me a little nervous.

the hotel was cosy and the staff highly professional, perfect location next to the canal on singel. the double room i got was functional. the bed was comfy, so at night i slept well. the efficient check-in process too. plus their wifi was free.

I came to Amsterdam for a holiday - everything was very clean. I liked the room, the bed was extremely comfy. The location was exceptional, within walking distance of a white travertine monument. Food was good and I have nothing but really comfortable memories from this trip.
Rooms really had to be updated.
